Kidding...sort of.
Saturday the 12th is DAY 3! WEE! I can't say I've spotted a new trend on the runways for this day, but I do see some other trends from the past two days such as winter white, blue, length, and indian/western/plaid vibe going on. Lots of colors like burgundy, military green, dark mustards have shown up today. Oversized knits, sweaters, and ponchos with intarsia prints as well.
I'm feeling reminiscent of Dances with Wolves here, minus the Kevin Costner aspect.
Alexander Wang's collection stood out, of course, because his pieces were almost an exaggeration and "poked-fun" of trends we love like leather, fur, and boyfriend jackets. (See for yourself!)
Big names of the day are Alexander Wang, ADAM, Jill Stuart, Libertine, Charlotte Ronson, and Vivienne Tam.
